– Are your products original?
The items are original when its specifically noted in the title or description.

– What material are the repro grips and other products made of?
The material used for repro grips and other products is a fenolic resin. Most original items that are available in reproduction on this site were originally made of Bakelite, which is also a fenolic composite. The material is therefor from the same material type as the original Bakelite, while being much easier, updated if you will, to produce then Bakelite. Some other items are made of steel, rubber or plastic when they originally were made of that material.

– How close to original are the repro items?
Every item on this website is carefully produced to be as close to the originals as possible. Every characteristic of the original part, like steel inserts, escutcheons and nuts, will be present in the reproductions.

– Is there any manual fitting necessary?
While every product on this site is tested for fitting, your gun or binocular might be slightly different then what the product has been tested on after production. Therefore very slight fitting might be necessary for a perfect fit.

– Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipments to the EU typically take 1 week. Shipments to the USA typically takes 2 weeks.

– Can I request custom parts or modifications
Yes, most products on this website are available in every custom color, or color mix. It is also possible to request a part that is not available on the website. Please contact us with your custom order for the possibilities.

– What is your lead time for production and delivery?
Lead times vary depending on the specific part, quantity, and current demand. When a part is in stock your order will typically ship within 1 or 2 days. If a part is not in stock it may take up to 2 weeks or more to ship, making the total time until your package arrives around 4 weeks.

– What is your warranty and refund policy?
Once ordered an item is eligible by law for a 14 day return period. After this time returns are typically not possible, unless the item is not as described or a defect falls under the warranty. If the item is a custom order however, the 14 day return law does not apply, the warranty does apply.
