Description
In 1943 the Waffen SS ordered 10.000 k98’s at the bnz factory. The serialnumber on these rifles did not have the lettercode. The rifles also lacked final WaA proof marks, because the guns were ordered for the SS and not for the Wehrmacht. Another version of the SS k98 is virtually identical to this version but with the S rune on the receiver. Because the final WaA marks and lettercode in the serial number are missing, this k98 can be concluded to be a SS gun without any doubt. The gun is fully matching. The bolt is also matching but to itself and not the rest of the rifle. This is an early EU deco, which means it is fully movable and can dry fire. EU certificate is included.
Fully legal to own in every EU country, for people 18 years and older.
The EU regulation 2015/2403 came about as a result of the attacks in Paris. The regulation applies throughout Europe. The weapons must be provided with a certificate from 1 of the controlling authorities from 1 of the EU countries. They must also be marked by stamped stamps showing the deactivation. This item shall only be delivered to buyers that are older than 18 years of age and to countries where these guns are allowed by the goverment.
